Payment Methods
All of our prices are in U.S. dollars, and we accept payment via : Visa, MasterCard. BUY BY PHONE – Our customer service representative will call you to collect and verify your credit card information on the phone. BUY ON-LINE – We use Authorize.Net, a credit card gateway, to enable you to safely and securely use your credit card. If you choose to pay by a secure server using your Visa or Mastercard, you will be prompted to enter your credit card number. We never store credit card information in our database or on our server. This is done by whose entire business is a secure SSL encrypted credit card processing. We, and the administrator, have no access to your credit card numbers on our web server. Sales Tax

California requires us to charge a 8.00 percent sales tax on all products. For orders shipped to Canada, order recipients are responsible for paying the associated Goods and Services Tax (GST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and any applicable duty charges upon the arrival of the order. Any brokerage fees incurred are also the responsibility of the recipient.

Canceling Orders 
You may cancel or revise your order — if we are contacted before your order has been processed. To request a cancellation on an unshipped order: Call our Customer Service Center at (949) 552-8761. We recommend calling because your window of opportunity for canceling — which must be done before shipment — can sometimes be very short. Contact Customer Service Center and fill out an e-mail form. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been canceled. Items sold as a set may be canceled only as a complete set. Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Your option then is to request a Return Authorization from Customer Service and initiate a return.

If you aren’t happy with a product for any reason you may return the merchandise for full refund minus shipping and handling charges within 30 days of the shipment date, please call our customer service department at (949) 552-8761 for a refund or replacement (subject to product availability). Our guarantee applies to most of the items on our site. If an exception applies, it will be noted on the product page. If you have any comments or if we can help you in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact us. You may return an item(s) for refund within 30 days of the shipment date. Here’s the Varsava return process in four quick steps: Contact our Customer Service Center via e-mail, phone or fax and request a Return Authorization number. Please be sure to indicate whether you want a refund or a replacement.

If you are requesting a replacement item, a Service Associate will request information from you in order to facilitate the replacement order. The Associate will follow up with you later, letting you know the expected delivery date for your replacement item. The Associate also will send you a Return Authorization, which contains Return Instructions, Return Information and Shipping Labels. We require all returned merchandise to be re-packed in its original product box with its original packing materials. We also require you to include all components, manuals and accessories. Any incomplete items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To ensure accurate and timely processing of your return, please be sure to use the shipping label provided. In addition, please include the “Return Information” section inside the shipping box. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for return shipping if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us, or a damaged or defective product. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other reason. CODs will not be accepted. Note that we pay only for ground service on returned shipments unless authorized by our Customer Service Center. Note: We don’t issue Return Authorizations or refunds for individual items that are part of a set unless you are returning the item because of a shipping mistake by us because the item is damaged or defective.

After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within two business days (business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). We will apply the refund to the same credit card you used to make your original purchase, or by check if you purchased your items by check. Please note that the credit card credits might not appear for up to 45 days, depending on the internal policies of the institution that issued your credit card. If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, we also will refund the shipping charges. When an oversized item is returned for reasons other than an incorrect shipment by us or a damaged or defective product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit on your original order. On occasion, we will issue a credit before a product has been returned to us. In such cases, whenever the product has not been returned within 30 days, we will charge you for the original cost of the product and shipping.
